Imagination Station set to reopen on Wednesday following water line break – WTOL

TOLEDO, Ohio — Imagination Station is set to open its doors again on Wednesday following a water line break in late January.
The science center says it will open at 10 a.m. and Barry Bagels located inside will open at noon for lunch.
“We sincerely appreciate the patience and understanding of our members and community during this closure,” Lori Hauser, chief executive officer of Imagination Station said. “We are thankful for everything the City and Kokosing have done to get us back open. Now, we can’t wait to welcome everyone back into the science center and show off our newest exhibition HOCKEY: Faster Than Ever on opening day.”
Imagination Station has been closed since Jan. 23 after staff found a leak in the private water line on Jan. 22, according to Hauser. The break caused little damage to the building and exhibits but did affect the first and second floors, and an outdoor patio space, she said.
Imagination Station will celebrate the debut of its hockey exhibition by handing out rally towels on Saturday, Feb. 22 and Sunday, Feb. 23 to the first 250 visitors each day to the exhibit.
