Using technical indicators like Fibonacci extensions and the Elliott Wave Theory, a crypto analyst pinpoints an ideal “sweet spot” for selling Bitcoin (BTC). According to the analysis, specific price zones have been identified as target BTC sell areas that investors and traders could use to exit positions strategically ahead of possible downtrend. 
In an X (formerly Twitter) post, crypto analyst Tony Severino revealed that Bitcoin is currently in Wave 5, experiencing the final push of its bullish Elliott Wave cycle. In previous cycles, the BTC price has consistently terminated near the 1.618 Fibonacci extension of subwaves i through iii.
Severino’s Bitcoin chart shows that its price action is segmented into five distinctive waves. Wave 1 represents the initial bullish movement, followed by Wave 2, a corrective pullback. Wave 3 stands out as the most powerful and extended wave, while Wave 4 introduces another corrective phase. Finally, Wave 5, where BTC currently trades within, signals a possible final bullish push upwards. 
Each wave in the BTC chart has triggered a price increase to different levels, whether to new highs or lows. For Wave 5, however, Severino has proposed an ambitious price target that would act as an important sell zone for investors and traders. 
The analyst questioned whether BTC could repeat historical trends and terminate again at the 1.618 Fibonacci extension of Waves 1 through 3 combined. This points to a price range between $169,366 and $194,000. According to Severino, these price levels, marked in the red zone on the chart, are called a “sweet spot.” He identified these price areas as a significant sell zone for Bitcoin.   
Currently, BTC is trading at $96,341, meaning Severino expects the leading cryptocurrency to surge 75.31% and 101.24% to reach the projected target range between $169,000 and $194,000, respectively. The analyst asserts that his bullish projections are reasonable price targets for Bitcoin, underscoring his confidence that the cryptocurrency could hit these new ATHs.  
For traders and investors, a sell zone is an ideal exit point to potentially lock in profits and prevent financial loss before a trend reversal. Whether or not Severino’s projected “sweet spot” holds, his analysis provides valuable insights into Bitcoin’s potential price movements and potential sell targets for investors. 
Trader Tardigrade, a prominent crypto analyst, declared on X that the Bitcoin 4-year cycle is still in play. The analyst warns that 2025 could still be a pivotal year for Bitcoin. He predicts that BTC will hit a market peak in 2025, creating a prime opportunity for investors who missed its ATH in 2024. 
However, investors who overlook this window of opportunity in 2025 may have to wait until 2029, after the next halving event, for BTC’s next market peak. Sharing a price chart, Trader Tardigrade highlighted Bitcoin’s price performance during each four-year cycle.  
The analyst noted that during each halving cycle from 2011 to 2023, Bitcoin rose to a peak the following year after the halving event. If this historical trend holds, Bitcoin could experience another final surge to new heights in 2025.

Jeremy Dailey received life without parole for the 2023 murder of Thomas Kemmer of Summerville, as the victim’s family delivered emotional statements during the sentencing hearing.

CLARION, Pa. (EYT) — Jeremy Dailey was sentenced to life in prison on Friday for the murder of 74-year-old Thomas “Tom” Kemmer, following an emotional sentencing hearing at the Clarion County Complex Center.
Dailey, shackled and clad in an orange jumpsuit, listened in silence as Kemmer’s family described the devastating impact of the January 2023 murder.
The courtroom, temporarily housed at the county complex during courthouse renovations, was packed with the victim’s family, Dailey’s relatives, and law enforcement officials.
Clarion County President Judge Sara Seidle-Patton handed down the sentence after denying a defense motion for extraordinary relief, citing the jury’s conviction of Dailey on multiple charges, including first-degree murder.
Dailey’s sentence includes additional concurrent 24 to 60 month prison terms for aggravated assault and burglary, as well as an order for Dailey to pay $39,837.50 in court costs.
Several of Thomas Kemmer’s family members gave victim impact statements to the court, sharing their grief and anger.
Susan Kemmer, Thomas’s widow, described her husband as her “rock, soulmate, protector, and the love of my life.” She shared how she now has PTSD and lives in constant fear, locking doors that were once left open in her rural Limestone Township home.
“I want Jeremy Dailey to know how much I hate him for what he did to us,” said Susan Kemmer.
Melissa Kemmer, Thomas’s daughter, fought back tears as she called her father “a kind, hardworking, loving man.” She recounted his health struggles, which he had overcome, only to be taken from them violently. “You killed him,” she said to Dailey. “We didn’t lose him. He was stolen from us.”
After a motion by Dailey’s attorney, Clarion County Public Defender Jacob Roberts, Judge Seidle-Patton admonished those addressing the court to not address Dailey himself. The admonition was ignored.
Matthew Kemmer, Thomas’s son, called Dailey “a monster” and shared his belief that the convicted killer is beyond rehabilitation. “Every day, I wish it was me who had died,” he said, reflecting on his lingering questions about the crime.
The victim’s grandson, Zachary Kemmer, spoke about his grandfather’s strong work ethic and zest for life. Having received the news of the murder while incarcerated himself, Zachary told the court he doesn’t wish prison on anyone, but expressed relief that Dailey will face that reality.
Attorney Roberts, focused on his client’s history of mental illness, including schizophrenia. Roberts argued that Dailey’s psychotic state during the crime made him incapable of rational thought. He contended that the jury’s verdict failed to account for the “deficiencies” in the justice system when dealing with mentally ill defendants.
Dailey’s stepdaughter, Jennifer Rominski, told the court about his struggles with mental health and described him as a caring father figure who treated her as his own. “The man who did what he did was not my father,” she said. Both she and her husband, Zack Rominski, highlighted Dailey’s past kindness and hard work, asking for mental health care during his incarceration.
Before imposing the sentence, Judge Seidle-Patton rejected a defense motion for extraordinary relief, affirming the jury’s decision. “The verdict was reasonable given the evidence,” she stated.
District Attorney Drew Welsh asked the court to impose the maximum penalty.
Dailey spoke briefly before sentencing, offering only, “I’m sorry.”
Dailey was convicted in October 2024 after the jury deliberated for just one hour. Prosecutors argued that Dailey deliberately shot Kemmer five times in the face following an early-morning confrontation at the Kemmer residence. The defense claimed that Dailey was experiencing a schizophrenic break and was legally insane at the time.
Dailey will begin serving his life sentence at SCI Smithfield, where the Department of Corrections will determine his long-term placement.

Rozzyroo (3f Tiz The Law x Marcy Darcy, by Smart Strike) kicked off her career on a winning note on New Year’s Day when the just-turned sophomore won on debut at Aqueduct.
Debuting going six furlongs on the dirt after registering a bullet work three breezes before, Rozzyroo was second out of the gate but not for long. She cruised to the lead with another horse sticking close behind to keep her honest.
Asked for more as the field reached the quarter pole, she easily pulled away. Her margin wasn’t flashy, but it was an easy win with her jockey able to hand ride her in the final furlong. The second-place finisher was two lengths behind with the third placed runner finishing nearly seven lengths adrift of the winner.
Trained by Andrew Simoff for Imaginary Stables, Rozzyroo was bred by Pine Ridge Stable.
The filly is out of the winning mare Marcy Darcy, who has produced two winners from three to race. Marcy Darcy is a half-sister to Grade I winner Pauline’s Pearl and stakes winner Union Jackson out of the Grade I winner Hot Dixie Chick. This is a successful family through and through with Hot Dixie Chick one of two Grade I winners out of Grade III winner Above Perfection alongside Grade I Kentucky Derby winner Always Dreaming.
Marcy Darcy foaled a colt from champion Epicenter’s first crop last year.

Danny Santulli’s life changed forever during a hazing incident at the University of Missouri in October 2021.
A 2021 Eden Prairie High School graduate, Danny was left unable to speak or walk after consuming dangerous amounts of alcohol as part of a fraternity initiation.
His parents, Tom and Mary Pat Santulli of Eden Prairie, have been fighting for accountability ever since.
On Monday, they joined U.S. Sen. Amy Klobuchar at a press conference at the University of Minnesota to celebrate President Joe Biden’s signing of the bipartisan Stop Campus Hazing Act into law on Dec. 24.
The law requires colleges to publicly report hazing incidents, publish hazing prevention policies online, and establish research-based education programs to prevent hazing.
“This bill wouldn’t have happened without the tireless advocacy of families like the Santullis,” Klobuchar said. “I remember calling committee chairs, urging them to take action because I couldn’t face these families without progress. Over time, we gained bipartisan support, growing from two Senate co-sponsors in 2019 to 19 by the time it passed. The support from universities, including the University of Minnesota and Minnesota State, was also crucial.”
Danny had dreamed of attending the University of Missouri, following in the footsteps of his two older siblings, according to his mother, Mary Pat. But during a fraternity event, pledges were forced to drink excessive amounts of alcohol. Danny consumed a liter of vodka and collapsed. Instead of calling 911, fraternity members delayed seeking medical help, driving him to the hospital only after it was too late.
Mary Pat said Danny confided in his sister the weekend before the incident that he didn’t think he could continue. However, he felt pressured to finish because he didn’t want to be shamed for quitting.
“I told him he didn’t have to do this,” Mary Pat said. “The last thing he said to me that night was, ‘I love you,’ and I told him I loved him, too.”
Two days later, Mary Pat said she got the worst phone call of her life.
“Danny was in the ICU after he had stopped breathing,” she said. “At that moment, I stopped breathing myself. My husband and I immediately got in the car and drove seven and a half hours. I kept telling myself he was going to wake up, that he’d just sleep it off. But when I got to the hospital, he was hooked up to so many tubes. It was every parent’s nightmare.”
Danny survived, but Mary Pat said he was left severely disabled.
“Many parents in our position have lost their children entirely,” she said. “It’s unbearable to imagine, and it’s why this bill is so important. It gives parents and students the ability to educate themselves about these organizations. We had no idea the fraternity Danny pledged to had been on probation twice. They weren’t supposed to hold any events, but they did anyway – without any supervision. If we had known, we never would have allowed Danny to pledge.”
The Stop Campus Hazing Act aims to improve transparency and accountability. Colleges must now include hazing incidents in their federally mandated Annual Security Reports and disclose organizations that violate hazing policies.
“This bill is a game-changer,” Klobuchar said. “Student organizations and universities will now be required to publicly share information about hazing incidents and the disciplinary actions taken against organizations. This information can’t just be buried in a dean’s file anymore – it will be accessible on school websites for students and parents to see. This transparency is critical for holding organizations accountable and deterring dangerous behavior.”
Calvin Phillips, vice president for student affairs at the University of Minnesota, praised the law’s focus on transparency.
“It helps those of us who work directly with students to better define hazing and creates a common standard for reporting and responding to such incidents,” Phillips said. “The law also empowers students to make informed decisions about joining organizations, giving them greater confidence in the groups they choose to participate in.”
Klobuchar highlighted the bipartisan effort behind the law, co-sponsored with Republican Sen. Bill Cassidy of Louisiana. She called it a rare standalone victory in a year dominated by broader legislative packages, crediting its success to the strong emotional and factual support from advocates.
“At the end of the year, when many bills were getting eliminated or stalled, we managed to get this one across the finish line,” Klobuchar said. “It was a priority, and we made it happen.”
For the Santullis, the law is a step forward, but their fight continues. They hope the legislation will prevent tragedies like Danny’s and hold institutions accountable for failing to act.
“We are so grateful for all the efforts to pass this bill,” Mary Pat said. “Danny continues to fight every day, and so do we. We believe he is here for a reason. We’ll never give up hope, and we’ll keep working toward his progress and strength.”
Klobuchar praised the Santullis’ determination.
“Well, you can see why this legislation got done – because of Mary Pat, Tom, and other incredible advocates,” she said. “These stories simply shouldn’t happen. It’s clear that Danny and his family didn’t have the information they needed, and they shouldn’t have had to figure it out on their own.”

The US Space Force announced today that it has suspended their “Trusted Traveler” program at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station and Patrick Space Force Base, both in Brevard County.
The Trusted Traveler program allows valid DoD ID card holders to enter a military base without the requirement for occupants of the same vehicle to present identification. The Trusted Traveler program does not apply to restricted areas, airfields, heliports, or obviously, launch pads. There are other uses, like food delivery services, that have also benefitted from the now suspended program.
“The Trusted Traveler program has been suspended at Patrick SFB and Cape Canaveral Space Force Station until further notice. Any individuals WITHOUT a DoD-approved access credential (e.g. CAC, dependent ID, retiree ID) will be required to obtain a visitor pass, even when traveling with a DoD ID card holder. The Visitors Control Center is not manned on the weekends, so passes will only be processed at the East Gate.
-Members in housing who currently have family members visiting will be required to get visitor passes and all new visitors will require passes.
-Golfers with an annual base pass can no longer bring or sponsor additional visitors.
-Food delivery drivers who do not have base access will no longer be authorized on base. All food deliveries will be picked up at the East Gate.
-Event Bright tickets for launches will be terminated.
Although there are currently no known threats to the installations, we are taking this step to ensure the safety and security of our personnel, residents, and visitors. As of Jan. 3, 2025, Patrick Space Force Base and Cape Canaveral Space Force Station will implement new base access security enhancements, and the Trusted Traveler Program will be suspended until further notice.  All visitors will be required to obtain a base pass, even when traveling with a military ID card holder. This decision was made to ensure the safety and security of the personnel, residents, and visitors.
At this time, it is unknown how this will affect public access to the Cape Canaveral Space Force Museum’s exhibits at Launch Complex 26 and Hangar C, both of which are inside the security perimeter for CCSFS.
