90 Day: The Last Resort showcases the lives of six couples who go to a retreat to address their relationship problems. The 90 Day: The Last Resort cast members include couples such as Stacey and Florian, Gino and Jasmine, Julia and Brandon, Natalie and Josh, Ari, and Bini, and Sophie and Rob. During this trip, the couples face ups and downs in their relationships and attend therapy sessions as well.
In the December 23, 2024 episode, Natalie told her psychotherapist James that she has to “fight for love” and “prove” that she deserves to be loved. This happened after James encouraged her to open up about how she felt and what her beliefs were. Natalie continued:

On 90 Day: The Last Resort season 2 episode 4, psychotherapist James shared that Natalie has to work on her beliefs about herself. During her confessional interview, Natalie admitted she had to love herself and understand that she deserves to be cared for. She shared that talking to James after stressful days made her feel good and hopeful of strengthening her relationship with Josh.

The 90 Day: The Last Resort star was willing to put in the effort to change her limiting beliefs. James stated Natalie’s feelings about being cared for were valid, he said:
The upcoming episodes will highlight more of Natalie’s group and one-on-one therapy sessions as she will discuss more about her past. Natalie stated she had to build trust in her relationship with Josh as they both struggled to move past their problems.
