The Hulu January 2025 premiere schedule has been announced and can be viewed below. The streaming service has also revealed the titles that will leave next month.
The Hulu Originals for the month include The Best Heart Attack of My Life, Goosebumps: The Vanishing, Paradise, Roy Wood Jr.: Lonely Flowers, and Whiskey on the Rocks. Subscribers can also look forward to newly added movies and various ABC and FOX premieres throughout the month.
A look at the originals, exclusives and premieres that are part of the Hulu January 2025 lineup.
Extreme Makeover: Home Edition: Series Premiere (ABC – Streaming January 3)
A new iteration of “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” returns to ABC with Clea Shearer and Joanna Teplin, co-founders of the global lifestyle brand The Home Edit, set to host. Alongside designers Wendell Holland and Arianne Bellizaire, Shearer and Teplin will harness their world-renowned organizational expertise to thoughtfully design and specifically tailor each home from the inside out.
Like the original series, this reimagining will showcase heartwarming stories, inspired volunteers and mind-blowing builds for deserving families who give back to their communities. Assisting them is a team of builders and contractors from homebuilder Taylor Morrison who will expertly reconfigure the home based on the family’s lifestyle and needs.
Going Dutch: Series Premiere (FOX – Streaming January 3)
In “Going Dutch,” the arrogant, loudmouth U.S. Army Colonel Patrick Quinn (Denis Leary) — after an epically unfiltered rant — is reassigned to the Netherlands, where he is punished with a command position at the least important army base in the world, notable for its Michelin Star-commissary, top-notch bowling alley, lavender-infused laundry and the best (and only) fromagerie in the U.S. Armed Forces.
Surrounded by a diverse group of military misfits, the colonel tries to reinstate discipline and professionalism with the help of the base’s previous interim leader, who just happens to be his estranged daughter (Taylor Misiak, “Dave”).
Dead Pixels: Complete Series (BBC – Streaming January 7)
Created by Jon Brown (“Succession,” “Veep”), “Dead Pixels” follows Meg, Nicky and Usman who are obsessed with the online fantasy game “Kingdom Scrolls.” Meg would happily cut a date short to go home and defend Castle Blackfinger. Nicky thinks the miscasting of Vince Vaughn as Tarnadarl in the “Kingdom Scrolls” movie is an international outrage.
And Usman has made a plywood lid for his child’s playpen, so he can play the game in peace. Oh, and Nicky definitely isn’t into Meg. That would be a cliché. “Dead Pixels” is split equally between the characters’ tragicomic real lives and their computer-animated misadventures in “Kingdom Scrolls.”
Doc: Series Premiere (FOX – Streaming January 8)
“Doc” stars Molly Parker as the hard-charging, brilliant Chief of Internal Medicine Dr. Amy Larsen, who suffers a brain injury that erases the last eight years of her memory. The accident leaves her with no recollection of the patients she’s treated, colleagues she’s crossed, the soulmate she divorced, the man she now loves and the tragedy that caused her to push almost everyone away.
But with the immense loss, comes a second chance to do things differently. “Doc” is inspired by a true story and based on the hit eponymous Italian drama series.
The Rookie Season 7 Premiere (ABC – Streaming January 8)
John Nolan, once the oldest rookie in the LAPD, has used his life experience, determination and sense of humor to keep up with rookies 20 years his junior. Now recovering from a gunshot wound and feeling the effects of his age, John and the team welcome two new rookies and continue the hunt for two dangerous escaped prisoners who have very personal vendettas
Will Trent Season 3 Premiere (ABC – Streaming January 8)
When two off-duty cops are wounded, the GBI must track down Special Agent Will Trent, who recently fled town, to help solve the case. As the investigation unfolds, Will is drawn into his past to clear a friend’s name amid rivalries and corruption.
Celebrity Jeopardy! Season 3 Premiere (ABC – Streaming January 9)
Executive-produced by Michael Davies and hosted by Ken Jennings, the game show features celebrity contestants competing for a chance to win money for a charity of their choice
Goosebumps: The Vanishing: Season Premiere (Disney – Streaming January 10)
“Goosebumps: The Vanishing” begins when twins Cece and Devin Brewer are sent to spend a summer in Gravesend, Brooklyn, with their divorced dad. A threat is stirring, and they quickly realize that dark secrets are among them, triggering a chain of events that unravel a profound mystery.
As they delve into the unknown, Cece, Devin and their friends — Alex, CJ and Frankie — find themselves entangled in the chilling tale of four teenagers who mysteriously vanished in 1994.
Roy Wood Jr.: Lonely Flowers: Special Premiere (Hulu Original – Streaming January 17)
In this stand-up special, Roy Wood Jr explores how lack of connection has sent society spiraling into a culture full of guns, protests, rude employees, self-checkout lanes and sex parties, and why some of us would rather be alone than be connected.
Whiskey on the Rocks: Complete Season 1 (Hulu Original – Streaming January 22)
In the early hours of October 28, 1981, a Soviet nuclear Whiskey class submarine was spotted aground inside a restricted Swedish military area. The world teetered on the brink of disaster.
With global superpowers on edge, the eyes of the world turned to Sweden’s calm and collected prime minister, Thorbjörn Fälldin, a former sheep farmer, who faced the immense challenge of keeping peace between Soviet leader Leonid Brezhnev and U.S. President Ronald Reagan.
Paradise: Series Premiere (Hulu Original – Streaming January 28)
“Paradise” is set in an upscale community inhabited by some of the world’s most prominent individuals. But this tranquility explodes when a shocking murder occurs and a high-stakes investigation unfolds.
The Bachelor Season 29 Premiere (ABC – Streaming January 28)
After an emotional exit, Grant Ellis’ journey to find love will continue as he takes on the role of leading man for the upcoming 29th season of “The Bachelor.” The adventurous day trader, who captured the hearts of Bachelor Nation with his genuine desire to build a future centered around family on Jenn’s season of “The Bachelorette,” will be handing out roses when his season premieres.
Scamanda: Series Premiere (ABC – Streaming January 31)
“Scamanda,” the new docuseries based on the No. 1 podcast of the same name, unravels the story of California native Amanda Riley, a young wife, mother and devout Christian whose life suddenly takes a terrible turn when she is diagnosed with Stage 3 blood cancer. Amanda begins documenting her battle online, captivating thousands, but she has a secret that she is dying to keep.
Her story changes from inspiration to suspicion when someone sends an anonymous tip to investigative producer Nancy Moscatiello, who then embarks on a five-year-long investigation into Amanda. Soon, Amanda’s own words may prove to be her downfall.
The Best Heart Attack of My Life: Complete Season 1 (Hulu Original – Streaming January TBA)
Based on the eponymous book by Argentine author Hernán Casciari and inspired by real-life events, the new comedy-drama follows a frustrated writer who survives a heart attack thanks to the help of the host of the temporary rental house in which he was staying, and due to that event, his life and that of those around him changed forever.
The series stars Alan Sabbagh, Olivia Molina, Rogelio Gracia, and Romina Peluffo, featuring special appearances by Imanol Arias, Rita Cortese, and Eleonora Wexler.

Raydium’s price ranges between $4.64 and $5.33, showing steady movement. The nearest resistance level is at $5.68; breaking this could lead to a rise toward $6.38. The nearest support is at $4.30, providing a safety net. The 10-day and 100-day simple moving averages are close, at $5.29 and $5.38, suggesting consolidation. The RSI stands at 46.62, indicating neutral momentum. In the past six months, RAY’s price has increased by 234.18%, reflecting significant growth. If the altcoin season gains momentum, RAY might continue its upward trend. However, market indicators show mixed signals, so monitoring the price action is essential.
Over the past week, Cronos (CRO) dipped by over 13%, but monthly gains are close to 17%, and the past six months show an impressive 86% growth. The price is currently between $0.1725 and $0.2311. Technical indicators like RSI at 43.58 and Stochastic at 17.62 suggest the coin is oversold. The nearest resistance is at $0.2616. If CRO breaks this level, it could move towards the next resistance at $0.3202, offering potential gains of over 40%. With altcoin season approaching and a global crypto bull run expected, CRO has strong potential to rise significantly.

To be an internet user in 2024 is like being a hamster running on a wheel. The modern web is largely composed of consumer services that use artificial intelligence-based algorithms to hook people to stay logged on — for better and for worse.    
“You as a user make choices,” says Tina Eliassi-Rad, a computer sciences professor at Northeastern University and a core faculty member of the Northeastern Network Science Institute and the Institute for Experiential AI. 
“You watch certain things. You buy certain things. You’re producing training data for these AI algorithms, specifically recommendation systems — think Amazon, think Netflix, think Match.com” 
“These AI algorithms produce suggestions to you, those suggestions supposedly influence your choices,” she adds. “Through that, you’re producing more training data for the algorithm, and round and round we go.” 
In essence, the web is made up of a series of human and AI feedback loops correlated with user behavior, Eliassi-Rad explains. 
Eliassi-Rad is one of several Northeastern researchers who have proposed a new area of study they are calling “Human AI Coevolution” to better understand and analyze these feedback loops. Other researchers on the project include Northeastern professors Ricardo Baeza-Yates, Albert-László Barabási and Alessandro Vespignani. 
For this research project, the team analyzed AI algorithms used in a variety of services, including online retailers, social media sites, navigation services and AI-based text and image generation clients.  
Human-AI interactions are not isolated exchanges, Barabási says.
“They form an intricate network of feedback loops,” he says. “Each click, each choice, each recommendation doesn’t just affect the individual — it ripples across the network, influencing the behavior of others and shaping the evolution of both human society and AI systems. 
“Understanding this dynamic at the interface of network science and AI research is crucial if we are to harness these systems for societal benefit rather than allowing them to amplify unintended consequences.”
Baeza-Yates is quick to note that this is not designed to be a discussion around “biological evolution,” but rather “about how human behavior and human society is impacted by technology.” 
“In this work, we emphasize the urgent need to investigate how humans and AI algorithms continuously influence each other, creating a potentially endless feedback loop that leads to complex and often unintended systemic outcomes,” adds Vespignani. 
“This calls for the establishment of a new field of study at the intersection of AI and complexity science, dedicated to understanding, characterizing, and potentially anticipating the large-scale societal impacts of AI deployment,” he notes.  
Vespigani explains that the Human AI coevolution framework “puts at the center the continuous and dynamic interaction between humans and AI systems, where each influences the other’s evolution.” 
He highlights that these feedback loops have “far-reaching social implications.” 
“These include shaping public opinion, influencing consumer behavior, and even redefining social norms,” he says.
“By providing a structured approach to analyzing these complexities, the framework allows us to systematically identify potential risks, such as polarization or bias, and develop strategies to design AI systems that promote fairness, inclusivity and societal well-being.”

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) — With the holiday season in full swing, Houston's New Faces of Pride is hoping to channel some of that cheer to help some of our city's most vulnerable students.
Organizers for the city's newest LGBTQ+ Pride celebration will host a school supply drive Wednesday at George Country Sports Bar in Montrose.
From 6-9 p.m., the community is invited to drop off school supply donations to help LGBTQ+ students start their semester off on the right foot.
An Amazon wishlist has also been created for those who would like to give online.
The drive benefits students served by Houston nonprofit Out for Education, which has expanded inclusion by providing scholarships to LGBTQ+ students since 1999.
President Brandi Lira said these students often begin their college careers without a safety net that can mean the difference between graduation and dropping out.
"A lot of them either are not out or they gain the confidence to come out, and then their parents are either not supportive financially, not supportive in other ways, and so when it comes time to go into college, they may or may not have the financial backing they need," Lira said.
The school supply drive is only the first event of several planned to help support Out for Education's mission through the 2025 Pride season, president Bryan Cotton said.
"We simply want to help kids get an education," Cotton said. "We're not just a celebration organization. When we put this together, we looked at what we needed in the community, and it was support for our smaller organizations, (and) this year we went with one we felt so strongly about: Out for Education."
In its inaugural year, Houston's New Faces of Pride provided $20,000 in aid to Tony's Place and Grace Place, two nonprofits focused on serving the needs of homeless LGBTQ+ youth.
The organization said it hopes to help Out for Education scholarship recipients with the tools they need to make it across the graduation stage, and into positions of influence in their communities.
