Death row inmate’s sister and convicted killer found guilty of assault in York — again – KOLN

YORK, Neb. (KOLN) – The inmate convicted in one of four killings alongside her brother, Nikko Jenkins, was convicted of an assault for the second time in York.
A jury convicted 34-year-old Elluminati Egoddess Enikko Prestige, formerly known as Erica Jenkins, of second-degree assault on Wednesday. The trial lasted two days before a jury handed down its verdict. Prestige, who’s serving a life sentence, faces an additional 20 years in prison at her sentencing.
An arrest affidavit was not released in the case, but prosecutors alleged Prestige assaulted a 41-year-old individual while incarcerated at the Nebraska Correctional Center for Women. It’s unclear if the victim was an inmate or a staff member.
Her latest conviction follows a previous assault conviction. In 2019, Prestige was sentenced to an additional 20 to 40 years in prison after she beat her former cellmate. Authorities said Prestige put a padlock inside a sock and beat the woman in their shared cell in September 2016.
Prestige was convicted of first-degree murder and sentenced to life in prison. Prosecutors argued she had helped her brother, 38-year-old Nikko Jenkins, murder Curtis Bradford in Omaha in 2013. Alongside the life sentence, Prestige has been sentenced to 163 to 247 years in prison on multiple other charges.
Her sentencing in the latest assault conviction was scheduled for Feb. 20.
