Dallas Love Field moves rideshare pick-up location closer to terminal – FOX 4 News Dallas-Fort Worth

Share

Dallas Love Field is changing where travelers will be picked up as they head home from the airport.
What We Know: Starting Jan. 3, 2025, Love Field's pick-up area will move from Garage B to the current valet pavilion and Garage C on the terminal's southeast side.
The change will impact rideshares, like Lyft and Uber, taxis and limos.
Under the change, passengers or drivers looking to be picked up for an app-based rideshare will go to the reconfigured valet pavilion.
Taxi, limo and on-demand pickups will move to the first level of Garage C.
Passengers who need special assistance will still utilize the lower-level curb for pick-ups.
The Backstory: The change comes after six months of repurposing parking spaces in valet and Garage C to make pickup areas.
Why You Should Care: The change will cut down on how far you have to walk.
Love Field says the improvement will give passengers about a six-minute walk to their ride.
