As the season of Advent draws near, Christians across North America are joining hearts in celebration of faith, unity, and renewal. On December 6, 2025, believers from every denomination will gather in Toronto for a landmark Christian Heritage Month Unity Event—a powerful evening of worship, testimony, and fellowship celebrating Jesus Christ as the cornerstone of North American faith and heritage.
What began as a humble grassroots initiative has grown into a continent-wide expression of gratitude, unity, and faith. Close to sixty municipalities, three regions, and the Province of Saskatchewan have now formally recognized December as Christian Heritage Month, affirming the enduring influence of Christianity in shaping the moral principles, history, and community life of Canada—and inspiring believers across the United States to join in this movement of faith and renewal.
“This is more than an event—it’s a movement of the Spirit,” says Molly Banerjei, Founder and National Coordinator of Christian Heritage Month. “At a time when our world longs for peace and unity, we are answering Christ’s call together—across nations, traditions, and cultures—to lift His name and remind our people that hope is never lost.”
The event will bring together pastors, church leaders, and believers from diverse Christian traditions—united in prayer, worship, and a shared desire to see Jesus Christ exalted in North America once again.
The theme for the 2025 Christian Heritage Month Unity Event will be “United in Faith. United in Service.” The unity event will hold at Willowdale Baptist Church in Toronto, on December 6, 2025, from 6:30pm to 9:00pm (EST). Admission to the event is free, but registration required at www.ChristianHeritageMonth.ca.

In the exuberance of merriment that characterizes the holiday season, there is always danger, more or less, of being swept into excesses.
